Oyster Knife, handmade by Philip Matthews Furniture that side of the tableOyster Knife with leather sheath. All of the Duck and Strut Products are made in Columbia, SC by Philip. The oyster knives that Philip makes feature a DymaLux handle or a wood burl and resin blend handle. Each knife starts as a sheet of 3 16 stainless steel and is then cut, shaped, beveled and polished before a handle is custom fitted to each blade. All of our knives are paired with a leather sheath.
