The angel tells them "Fear not, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here. He has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay." And then he says, "Go quickly and tell his followers, 'Jesus has risen from the dead'" That is the Gospel. Go tell the good news. The woman in the red cape
