As with his last album, all the sounds are synthesisers, drums and him on guitar. Im still not convinced he hasn't gotten the lost lords of RocknRoll backing him, playing for their very souls. Chicken Diamonds sound is very pure. He sings like hes gargling illegal whiskey while chain smoking all the cigarettes he can get his hands on making for a very euphoric sound.
