The most important element of Falco Spara is that, in addition to allowing you to look at the top card of your library at any time, you may cast spells from atop your library as long as you remove a counter from a creature, as well as paying that spell's normal cost
If it were Foundry of the Consuls and made Thopters instead of Eldrazi Scions, I would maybe have considered leaving it be, but as it is Im not that interested in either and would prefer another cheap two-color land or something that provides actual utility
I dont want to go deep on counterspells today, but Stubborn Denial fits a similar role oftentimes in aggressive blue decks, with the upside it can also just counter other things
Whether or not a card is interesting is subjective, so this is an inescapably biased list, but I hope that it will make for an interesting read, perhaps make you think about a card that has passed you by in the maelstrom of new sets and products, and maybe generate a discussion or two
