The other two are more questionable for inclusion in this particular list but would both be top four if permissable and would significantly increase the quality of Gruul card

Combine this with some effects that steal the top card of an opponents library, Gonti, Canny Acquisitor, and you can do some cool things

Its not bad for a low-bracket MTG commander deck, but its a slow land card that can easily be replaced by other land cards, be they basic lands, dual lands, bounce lands, or special lands
