A cycle of curses note in Commander 2017 all have the same mechanic the curser and the opponent attacking the cursed player benefit from their misfortune and the same artistic theme, revolving around one very unlucky fellow note front and center while he's putting his hands up trying to talk down a Torches and Pitchforks mob White , sitting at a table with a drink in hand obliviously blathering while everyone in the shot is taking note of his every careless word Blue , running from the outstretched claws of zombies Black , watching with shock as gold bursts from his pockets to random people on the street Red , and nervously looking around while a bunch of wolves attracted by his fresh-cooked meal bear down on him Green

While I'm not sure how scared I am of a Turn 3 Batterskull in a format where you die to Storm on Turn 3 or get Primeval Titaned on Turn 4, probably the biggest risk is that having a big uptick in play from Batterskull would push aggressive creature decks (which really struggle with Batterskull) out of the format and potentially throw the currently diverse format out of whack
Its not all that often that we get a two-mana planeswalker, and even if this one cant be cast on turn two, it still offers a lot of power for a small mana cost
A characteristically comedic goblin, Snoops cant help but fail at sneaking around, but we love him anyway
