Add just one other card that ensures creatures enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counterwhether that be from Master Biomancer, Cathars Crusade, Juniper Order Ranger, Good Fortune Unicorn, or Path of Discoveryplus a sacrifice outlet, you can go infinite pretty easily

As such this is typically only put in decks that are very graveyard focused, otherwise you are sadly just better off with a Sylvan Ranger type of thing

And as time goes on, there are bound to be decent Orcs printed to juice up the deck in the years to come
