Its important to note that WOTC has already determined that only the cards with the SPM set identifier will be Standard legal, but the rest (like the welcome deck code SPE) will not be Standard legal

I don't think this thing is going to make or break any decks, but I'm always pleased to see genuinely useful and balanced utility lands coming up from time to time

It doesnt have to target a creature you control, so you can use this as a combat trick before blockers are declared on one of your opponents creatures too
