The first class exposures and "terroir" allow for the creation of extremely high quality wines. All of the vineyards are planted with Chardonnay grapes. No chemical treatments are used, organic techniques are preferred ; hand picked grapes, aging in barrels with regular "btonnage", sale of bottled wine only.
