It's better in decks than in mono-green ones, thats for sure

This was way more prevalent back in 2013 or so, but its pretty weak by todays standards and folds like a lawn chair to bounce spells and -1/-1 counters (which can actually take Skullbriar out of commission permanently)

The only way it wont transform is if your opponent is willing to give up creatures, and thats a pretty real cost
