I expect this card to show up in every deck that can play it, and for good reason
The addition of a keyword isnt nothing, but overall, I think its strength is determined by how good the static is
Id happily play it in any blue deck, especially given the surprise factor
Even if you weren't immediately boosted in this way, Nissa would still be pretty tricky to deal with, as she turns your lands into vigilant creatures that can attack and then block, right away
