Flying and deathtouch is about the best defensive combo a cheap card can have (see Vampire Nighthawk again as the benchmark for all that is good in cheap dorks) making it scale really well into the late game due to being able to trade with the better and better threats

As with Voice of Victory, a lot of this cards play is in the cEDH sphere

They were all reprinted until Classic Sixth Edition, but saw nearly no reprints afterward, making them a bit hard to come by
