Mix colors and get creative with these easy and adorable fans. Basic Party Fan sets contain 4 fans: 1 17" paper fan, 1 14" tissue fan, 1 11" paper fan & 1 8" paper fan. An additional 1,500 security deposit is required for rented decors which we will refund in full once decors have been returned without any major damages.
