Mitsubishi RD15HVF1-501 15W VHF RF Power Mosfet General useThe Mitsubishi RD15HVF1 is a popular 15W VHF FET for use up to 520MHz at 12. 5V. This is the latest 501 variant which has a higher Vgth than the older 101 variant. Sold singly. Please see datasheet for more details. Please Note : Mitsubishi have stopped printing the 3 triangles logo on many of their semiconductor devices since early 2018, therefore new batches of this device will not show the Mitsubishi logo which is present on older devices.
